Digonex serves the pricing needs of clients in attractions and live entertainment through the development of customized algorithms.

Digonex is seeking a candidate with Ph.D. in economics with a strong background in applied econometrics, statistical methods, industrial organization, and the microeconomics of optimal pricing strategies. The economist will oversee and enhance the implementation of existing algorithms, in addition to developing customized and automated algorithms to optimize pricing.

Required skills:
* Experience developing and implementing demand models and optimization techniques
* Advanced knowledge of Stata and Python
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team of programmers and project managers
* Effective communication skills

Salary is competitive and will depend on experience. This position is eligible for H-1B visa sponsorship. We will conduct interviews at the AEA meetings in San Antonio TX.
