The Department of Economics at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a tenure-track professor position with a focus in applied microeconomics, starting in August 2024. A Ph.D. in Economics is required. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in public economics, public finance, labor economics, industrial organization, economic history, and structural econometric modeling. Faculty members are expected to achieve excellence in scholarship and teaching and to contribute meaningfully to service. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually in January 2024.
