The Deputy Director of Analysis will be responsible for partnering with the Secretariat’s Director of Analysis to lead FSOC’s ongoing risk monitoring and analysis of financial stability vulnerabilities and manage the Analysis team. The position will involve supervision of the Secretariat’s financial and market analysis, including overseeing the development of various risk monitors; project and stakeholder management; analytical research; support on briefings for senior members of the government; and assistance with the development of FSOC’s Annual Report to Congress.
As a Deputy Director of Analysis, you will:
-Assist with the development, preparation, and production of the Council's annual report to Congress, which describes the activities of the Council, significant financial market and regulatory developments, and potential and emerging threats to the financial stability of the United States.
-Help oversee a staff that is responsible for formulating, conducting, evaluating, and executing a wide range of economic and financial analysis.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leads the drafting of briefing materials, issue papers, memoranda, reports, and studies.
-Coordinate and cooperate with the other offices within Domestic Finance in the development of policies, proposals, reports, briefings, and other assignments.
-Supervise and support staff related to the efforts detailed above.
