Based at our headquarters in Orlando, the Florida Realtors Research Department’s directives include the analysis of a wide range of current issues and trends affecting Florida’s economy and real estate markets, as well as the production and dissemination of the association's widely-cited monthly housing market statistics to the public, the media, and Florida Realtors members. The Research team also maintains a complete and comprehensive database of individual Florida property records and residential real estate listings, derived from nearly 30 years of county property tax records and continuous data feeds from every multiple listing service in the state.

The Economic Analyst will compile and utilize public and proprietary data sources to develop, execute, and deliver quantitative research and analysis on current economic trends in Florida and the U.S. at large.

The Economic Analyst will also assist in the monthly production and dissemination of the research team’s monthly Florida housing market statistics, and will collaborate with fellow research team members to deliver research results and related content to various audiences through a wide variety of formats, including short-form publications, long-form publications, data visualizations, speaking presentations, and online videos.
