Full Text of JOE Listing:

The School of Finance, Economics, and Government at Universidad EAFIT (Medellin, Colombia) is inviting applications for at least three and up to eight full-time tenure track or tenured professors in economics, finance, political science, and related disciplines with salary and rank open to start in 2023 (Fall or Spring). Applicatns must have a Ph.D. by the starting date or shortly thereafter.

Applicants from any field are welcome, including gender economics, macroeconomics, applied microeconomics, macro-finance, finance, financial risk modeling, banking, applied data science and quantitative methods in finance and economics, behavioral economics and finance, political science, urban economics, democracy and economics, public policy, environmental economics, development economics, urban development in general and emerging fields (e.g., fintech, blockchain).

The School offers research budgets on a competitive basis. Teaching assignments are flexible. Salary is highly competitive. The School has a think tank on public policy issues offering the opportunity to influencep Colombia's public policy agenda.
