The Department of Economics at Tilburg University is seeking to hire several Assistant Professors of Economics (any field). Applicants should have outstanding research potential as well as the ability to provide high-quality teaching in economics. The positions offer ample opportunities for research and carry a light teaching load (approximately one course per semester). After a period of usually 5 years, a decision for promotion to Associate Professor will be made. The department seeks a diverse workforce and encourages applications by female and minority candidates.

Researchers from outside the Netherlands can apply for a tax-free allowance equal to 30% of their taxable salary (for the first five years of their stay in the Netherlands).
