Our Business:
PGIM IAS provides objective research to global asset owners (public and private pensions, endowments, foundations and sovereign wealth funds) to help their Chief Investment Officers and Investment Committees manage their portfolios. IAS papers are available on SSRN.

Our Role:
IAS seeks a Senior Associate to conduct original, empirically-driven research and to communicate research findings to internal stakeholders and clients. The research agenda is dynamic – driven by evolving investor concerns – so flexibility and intellectual curiosity are a must. Candidates must possess strong empirical abilities and communication skills, both written and oral. A successful Senior Associate will initially contribute to collaborative projects and, over time, will develop their own research agenda.

Skills & Experience:
• PhD

• Strong empirical skills, relevant programming languages, and strong communication skills (written and oral) are required
• Ability to work independent

Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
