The Department of Economics at Oberlin College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position starting in fall 2023. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate success in teaching courses in international economics, with expertise in open-economy macroeconomics a plus. The candidate is expected to engage in sustained scholarly research in international economics or closely-related fields and to participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including academic advising and service on committees. Candidates should either have a Ph.D. in economics or expect to complete all requirements for the degree by September 2023. Salary and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
