The Department of Economics at Baylor University seeks to hire a clinical professor (assistant or associate level). Anticipated start date is August 1, 2023. The primary duties are teaching economics, both micro and macro, at the principles level and the opportunity to teach upper-level courses. The typical teaching load is 4-3 with a one course release for research. Teaching experience is preferred, and applicants should demonstrate promise in conducting research sufficient to maintain "Scholarly Academic" status under Baylor and AACSB guidelines. Applicants should have their Ph.D. in Economics awarded by August 2023, with a background in one of the fields listed below. We will begin reviewing application files starting November 15, 2022.
