The Department of Economics invites applications for faculty positions at assistant professor rank, beginning August 2023. Applicant must have or expect to receive PhD in Economics by appointment start date. The Department is recruiting in fields of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, International Economics, Industrial Organization, Labor Economics, and Public Economics. Applicants should have research started which will likely result in publications in top tier journals; possess potential to make a lasting impact on their field of specialization; and should have presentation skills that suggest future excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. Successful applicants will teach graduates and undergraduates, mentor students, conduct scholarly research, and provide service to department, college, university, and entire academic community.
