The Advanced Academic Programs (AAP) division of the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University seeks a dynamic and experienced full-time Program Director to lead and teach in the newly approved MS in Financial Economics program, located in Washington, DC.

In both academic and administrative leadership roles, the Director oversees the curriculum, students, and faculty. The Director will work closely with the Director of the MS in Applied Economics program, one of the largest programs in AAP’s suite, enrolling 546 domestic and international students, leveraging the DC and global online environments to bring their expertise to economics and policy positions around the world. The programs will collaborate on the development and oversight of new credit and non-credit initiatives. The Program Director is a full-time, non-tenure-track, 12-month renewable faculty position with the academic title of Senior Lecturer. The duties of the Program Director position include teaching (in-person and online) 3 graduate courses per year; advising; academic program leadership, including innovative curriculum and faculty oversight.
