The research unit Strategic Organization Design (SOD) within the Department of Business & Management invites applications for one or more positions as Associate Professor in Strategic Organization Design. The positions, located in Odense, are vacant from 15 October 2022.

The SOD unit is a leading international research group in the fields of strategy and organization science. We develop theory, mathematical and computational models, as well as experimental studies to generate knowledge about important unsolved research questions relating to organization design and adaptation, including the role of AI and new emergent technologies. Our mission is to engage in fundamental research, exemplary scholarship, and research-based teaching at the highest international level. We encourage applications from the fields of strategy and organization science, but also from neighboring fields such as behavioral economics, organizational economics, social psychology, decision science, and computer science.
