The Department of Economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a Clinical Assistant Professor for the 2022-2023 academic year. The successful applicant will teach two quantitative methods courses in our MA in Applied Economics program and four undergraduate or MA courses. He or she will also support our undergraduate enrichment programs including the Economics Club and Federal Reserve Cup Challenge Team. We also expect applicants to participate in the intellectual life of the department and undertake high-quality research
Candidates should have a Ph.D., evidence of successful teaching, and an active research program.
