Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Chair of Energy and Climate Economics (Prof. Lint Barrage) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) invite applications for Post-Doctoral positions.
ETH Zurich offers one-year contracts at competitive salary levels, renewable for up to six years.
Selected candidates are expected to conduct independent research in one of the following areas:
Energy Economics
Environmental / Climate Change Economics
Macroeconomics
Finance
Public Economics
Political Economy
Willingness to participate in teaching is a plus but not required (max. one course per year, 28 hours, in English).
Applicants should have a relevant PhD, or be close to finishing one. Knowledge of German is not required.
We are committed to providing a productive and supportive research environment. Post-docs will be supported in conducting and disseminating independent research. If desired, they will also have the opportunity to participate in collaborative research projects and teaching.
