The Department of Economics at Oberlin College (located 35 miles from Cleveland) invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position starting fall 2022. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated success in scholarly research or teaching in international economics. Desirable complementary fields are industrial organization, open-economy macroeconomics, or econometrics. The incumbent is expected to engage in sustained scholarly research in international economics or closely-related fields and participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including academic advising and service on committees. Candidates should either have a Ph.D. in Economics or expect to complete all requirements for the degree by August 2022. Salary and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
