The Business Economics and Public Policy Department of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Fellowship which will be renewable for a second year.

This post-doc will develop projects related to diversity and discrimination in hiring, using the Incentivized Resume Rating technique, in partnership with Professors Judd Kessler and Corinne Low. This position will support 50% coauthored work related to Incentivized Resume Rating and 50% independent work. An ideal candidate is interested in going on to a tenure-track academic position, and developing a stronger research portfolio over the course of the post-doc. Candidates with existing research in the area of discrimination and race and gender economics are particularly welcome. Candidates should have some experience with field or lab experiments as well as strong coding skills. The post-doctoral scholar will receive ongoing mentorship and guidance, and opportunities for both coauthored and independent work.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in economics or a related field from an accredited institution.
