Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Korea Institute of Finance (KIF) is a leading research institute in Seoul, Korea with a focus on financial industries, domestic and international financial markets, and financial policies.

The KIF is seeking PhD candidates and experienced PhDs in economics, finance, or related fields for research fellow positions. PhD candidates are expected to complete all requirements for their degrees by the end of September 2021. Experienced PhDs are expected to have less than 4 years’ experience in research after getting PhDs. All candidates should be fluent in both written and spoken Korean.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the first interview will be conducted virtually starting January 2021. The second interview and job market seminar is expected to be conducted on-site in Seoul, Korea during February or March of 2021. The KIF will closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and inform applicants if there are any changes.
