Institute of Economics, School of Social Science, Tsinghua University, invites applications at the professor, associate professor and assistant professor level starting from the fall of 2021. Applicants should hold a PhD in economics or related area before taking up the position. Candidates are expected to demonstrate commitment to teaching and to develop and maintain an active research and publication agenda.

Institute of Economics is recognized as a leading academic disciplinary body and confers doctoral degree (shared with Tsinghua School of Economics and Management) as well as master and bachelor degrees in theoretical economics. Major research interests of the institute include: political economy, economic history, econometrics, and digital economics.
