Teaching responsibilities include six courses per year, primarily in the areas of business analytics and economics. Courses might include: undergraduate Advanced Business Analytics, Big Data & Social Problems, Introduction to Business Analytics, Principles of Economics, Econometrics, graduate Data Analytics & Decision Making, courses in our Master of Science in Business Analytics and other courses as needed.
Seeking candidates who have prior teaching experience or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.

Evidence of good teaching is preferred. A completed Ph.D. or D.B.A. or ABD in one of the following fields: Economics, Decision Sciences, or Statistics with a strong emphasis on data analytics. ABD candidates will be considered with anticipated completion within the first year of appointment. Candidates must have demonstrable competencies in teaching. Candidates must be committed to the development of skills necessary for advising and mentoring students from culturally diverse backgrounds, and to the promotion and enhancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion in support of academic excellence.
