Goldman Sachs- Quantitative Associate/VP
We are seeking a candidate with a Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field with empirical research experience to join the Strategic and Quantitative Asset Allocation team within the Investment Strategy Group. The candidate will be closely involved in the design and implementation of cutting-edge systematic investment strategies.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
• Develop statistical models and machine learning solutions in order to identify market opportunities and trading strategies in global asset markets
• This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, quantitative rigor and ability to conduct and supervise investment research

Qualifications:
• Candidates must have an advanced degree in a technical/quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science)
• Demonstrated empirical research in the particular fields of time-series econometrics, statistics and/or machine learning (e.g., on-going research, working papers, or publications)
• Expertise in applying quantitative techniques for time-series measurement/estimation and prediction
• Knowledge of financial markets and hands-on experience implementing quantitative financial models and techniques is desired
