Job Duties:
The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate and maintain a commitment to teaching, producing scholarly research, and participating in service activities appropriate for the candidate’s given rank. Candidates applying for this position may have research and teaching interests in any area of economics. Candidates are expected to be versatile with an ability and willingness to teach a variety of economics courses.

Required Qualifications:
An earned doctoral degree (Ph.D. or D.B.A.) in Economics, Business Economics, or Agricultural Economics. ABD with completion by time of appointment will be considered. For the Associate/Full level, the candidate must demonstrate a record of high quality scholarly publications and an active research stream.

The A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business is an AACSB--International accredited institution and is the editorial home of The International Trade Journal and The International Journal of e-Collaboration. Initial interviews may be conducted at the American Economic Association (Allied Social Science Associations) meeting in San Diego, CA in January of 2020. Position is contingent on expected funding.
