The Department of Development Economics at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) in Qatar invites applications for a position at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level in all areas of economics relevant to development including sustainable development, applied development, poverty and inequalities, and international trade and finance.

Professors are expected to teach two graduate courses per semester and perform research in their specialized areas of interest. Candidates should show evidence of research excellence and a commitment towards quality teaching at the graduate level. The minimum educational requirement is a Ph.D. in economics or any related field. Please note that the Ph.D. requirement must have been fulfilled by July 1, 2020.
