Department of Accounting, School of Business, Nanjing University invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professors in the areas of accounting, finance, and auditing. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, outstanding research support, research funds, housing subsidies, and other benefits.

Regular positions are available for appointments starting July 1, 2020.

Qualifications:
1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree or be nearing completion of their Ph.D. degree requirements in Accounting, Finance or Economics (for assistant professor positions).
2. Other qualifications include strong research orientation, a strong commitment to high-quality teaching, and the ability to supervise postgraduate candidates.
3. Applicants for senior positions should have documented excellence in research as evidenced by publications in top academic journals.

Our faculty members will be conducting interviews at the AFA 2020 meeting in San Diego, California, USA.
