Tusculum University seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor of Economics in the College of Business. Business faculty members are responsible for teaching 12 credit hours per academic term. In addition to the assigned academic workload, faculty are expected to serve the community and institution in the form of institutional committee work, College of Business committee work, attending open houses, student advising, recruiting events, participating in campus events, faculty assembly, and town hall meetings. Faculty members in the College of Business are expected to pursue academic scholarship and professional development in their field. Faculty members are to be committed to excellence in teaching and are expected to contribute toward the good of the University through the maintenance of expertise in the discipline and sharing time and talents with the larger University community.
