Nanjing Audit University (NAU), founded in 1983, has more than sixteen thousand full-time students. NAU’s main campus is often referred as “the most beautiful new campus” in China. More information about NAU can be found at http://www.nau.edu.cn.

The Institute of Banking and Money (IBM) of NAU is primarily a research institute which aims to promote high quality research in various fields. We invite applications for full-time faculty positions at all levels in economics, finance or accounting to begin in Fall 2020. Our preference will be given to candidates with strong research records with publications in top-tier journals in the discipline. Senior faculty and candidates from fields related to finance and accounting are especially welcomed.

Annual salary is basically 400,000RMB for successful candidates at the assistant professor level, and approximately 10%-20% extra pay for those specialized in competitive disciplines such as finance and accounting. However, the salary is negotiable for those with outstanding performances. Other benefits include startup research fund, on-campus accommodation, etc.
