The Department of Economics at the University of North Texas invites applicants for an assistant/associate professor position beginning in fall 2020. Desired fields are in applied regional development, regional theory, urban economics, transportation economics, spatial modeling or spatial econometrics. Applicants must have a PhD in relevant field, a strong desire for applied research and proven funding record. The person hired will be the assistant director of the Economic Research Group.
