What is Required:
• Ph.D. in Economics, Operations Research, Electrical Engineering with a power-systems focus, Energy/Environmental Science, or a closely related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience conducting quantitative analysis and leading interdisciplinary project teams or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated skill in performing advanced quantitative analysis on economic, market, or policy issues related to power and/or critical infrastructure systems
• Strong programming skills in languages used in data analysis applications such as Python, R, Matlab, SAS, etc.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate with other researchers, present results at industry and academic conferences, and writing research reports and conference papers
