The University of Richmond’s Jepson School of Leadership Studies invites applications for a full-time tenure-track social scientist position at the rank of Assistant Professor for the 2020-21 academic year. Although ABDs will be considered, the successful candidate must have completed a Ph.D. in public administration, public policy, educational policy, political economy, political science, sociology, or a related field, by August 19, 2020.

We seek applicants who study, or have the potential and desire to study, leadership by drawing on their disciplinary expertise to inform their work. We are particularly interested in candidates whose demonstrated scholarly interests focus on the empirical analysis of data related to justice and explaining social and economic inequality.
