The Sorrell College of Business at Troy University is seeking applications for one and possibly two faculty positions in economics within the Department of Economics and Finance. Applications at the Assistant, Associate, and Professor levels are welcome for both positions. Senior candidates will be eligible for appointment as the W. Grady Rosier Professor. Opportunities for teaching at the undergraduate and master’s level will be available.
As minimum qualifications, candidates should have a Ph.D. in economics by August 2019 and should have either an existing record of publications or a demonstrated potential to publish. As preferred qualifications, they should have a field of specialization in Austrian Economics, Public Choice or Constitutional Political Economy and their research interests should align with the mission of the Manuel H.
