About Green Dot:
We would like to invite candidates who share similar interest with us on using data to develop better financial products and services. Some relevant fields include, but not limited to Econometrics, Financial Economics, Behavioral Finance, Causal Inference, and Marching Learning. With Green Dot’s continuing development on digital banking and newly launched Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform, enhancing the analytical capacity and power has been the top expanding field corresponding to its rapid growth.

About Data & Analytics Garage:
Our team supports multiple business units across the corporation through our analytics and modeling expertise. We prospect ourselves to initiate more innovative projects that can lead to the next-generation development in the financial industry. Some of our previous projects include acquisition, fraud detection, revenue forecasting, marketing experiments and attribution analysis, pricing sensitivity, and social network analysis on peer-to-peer payment.

Qualifications:
- PhD in Economics, Finance, quantitative Marketing, or highly related field
- Solid understanding on Statistics
- Strong analytical competencies and excellent creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient in R, Python, or SAS; Experience in SQL and any big data / data visualization tool is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional team
