Position Title/Short Description

The Department of Economics anticipates openings for faculty positions at the level of Assistant/Associate/Professor for non-tenure track fixed term appointments (up to five years), to begin in Spring or Fall 2019. Areas of specialization may include one or more of the following: macroeconomics, trade and international economics, public finance, monetary economics and financial economics/econometrics. Strong practical quantitative and research methodology skills will be highly valued. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching, engage actively in research and supervise masters' theses. All faculty must be willing to teach introductory courses.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a PhD in Economics or closely related field, preferably with a record of an active research agenda, teaching experience, thesis supervision and academic service.
