The Department of Economics and Trade at Sejong University invite applications for tenure-track faculty positions at Assistant Professor level in Economics to begin Spring/Fall 2019. Applicants are invited from all fields in Economics and Public Administration. Candidates must have completed (or expect to complete prior to appointment) a Ph.D. in related fields. Salary is competitive, and housing benefits are available for foreign faculty members.

Interested applicants should send a curriculum vitae, selected research papers, and three letters of reference. To be considered for interviews at the 2019 ASSA meetings, applications must be received before December 15, 2018.

Sejong University, located in Seoul, is one of the best research-oriented universities in Korea. It is currently ranked 88th in the 2017 QS Asian University Rankings. Also, QS World Universities 2016/17 rankings and the latest Times Higher Education (THE) world rankings index show that Sejong is ranked 501-550/501-600.
