Syracuse University's Department of Economics seeks to fill a tenure-track position in labor economics up to the senior Assistant level. Candidates must have completed (or expect to complete prior to appointment) a Ph.D. in Economics. Preference will be given to individuals with research interests centered on social issues, including, but not limited to, policy relevant research in health, education, poverty, inequality, income or food insecurity. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching in labor economics and provide guidance and advice to doctoral students.
