Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for a visiting faculty position in the Department of Economics beginning January 2019, with the potential for a one-year renewal pending administrative approval. The rank will be Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor, depending on qualifications. Applicants must possess or be close to completing a doctorate in economics. Teaching experience is desired. Teaching load is 3/2, including principles of economics and electives in the candidate’s field of specialization. Candidates must submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, graduate transcript, teaching statement, and teaching evaluations through Interfolio http://apply.interfolio.com/56066 Applicants must arrange for three letters of recommendation to be submitted directly to Interfolio by their recommenders. For full consideration, applications must be received no later than November 3, 2018; review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
