Position Requirements: Minimum qualifications include: a PhD in Economics or Political Economy by August 2019; a demonstrated ability or potential for high quality undergraduate teaching and outstanding accomplishments in the field of economics and/or political economy; and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, service, and professional activities.

The department will begin reviewing applications November 10, 2018; all materials should be submitted by November 30, 2018, to ensure full consideration. Representatives of the department will conduct interviews of selected candidates at the ASSA meetings in Atlanta January 4-5, 2019. Finalists will be selected by the end of January and on-campus interviews will be conducted in late February/early March.
