The SHU-UTS SILC Business School of Shanghai University (SILC) invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in all fields, including economics, finance, management, information systems, accounting and marketing etc.
SILC was founded in 1994 with University of Technology Sydney (UTS). SILC is currently undergoing a strategic expansion into a leading business school in all fields.

Junior candidates are expected to complete a Ph.D. in 2019. Senior candidates should have an established record of research and teaching. Successful candidates will be recommended for joint appointment with UTS. The joint appointment is based in Shanghai for 10-11 months per year, with the remaining 1-2 months working in Sydney, Australia at UTS.

SILC offers highly competitive package. In addition to the standard package, SILC pays extra performance-related bonus. Besides, the university provides RMB 250,000-500,000 housing subsidies and the local government provides RMB 600,000-800,000 for house purchase depending on the qualifications.
