Professor Nikhil Agarwal from MIT is hiring a full-time research assistant to work for one year, beginning September 2018. The project is joint work with economists at Stanford University and Yale University.

Applicant would assist with estimating the life-years benefits for kidney transplantation.

Candidates should have:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong quantitative background
• Strong background in applied microeconomics, including past research assistance experience
• Interest in health care policy issues, and in using economics to address them
• Experience with R, STATA, Python
• Interest in pursuing a PhD in economics
• Excellent grades required
• Ability to work independently

The position is located at Stanford University. Annual salary is $47,500, with benefits.
