This position has primary responsibility to manage the new Center for Employment Equity and associated research projects. This Research Fellow will lead development of the research platform, coordinate data conversion, prepare and disseminate reports, and supervise the graduate research assistant. This person will play a major role in research report development and oversight of the new CEE center. This position is 100% grant funded, and is a one year appointment renewable contingent upon funding.

Required Qualifications:
• A Master’s degree required. Background in social science and/or public policy preferred.
• Experience in statistical analyses and with large data sets.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects and work independently.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.

Additional Information: This is a non-unit position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
