Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU) is one of the earliest institutions of higher agricultural education in China and a national key university under the Chinese Ministry of Education. NAU is a 211 Project institution, and is also selected into the "Double First-Class" program. In order to strengthen the financial and accounting disciplines, in 2012, the Department of Finance and Accounting, which was originally affiliated to the College of Economics and Management, was established as College of Finance.

Teaching and research of finance and accounting in Nanjing Agricultural University has a long history. As early as the beginning of twentieth Century, the college began to engage in the investigation and research work of agricultural insurance. College of Finance now offers PhD in finance, master of finance, master of accounting, professional master of finance, professional master of accounting, bachelor in finance, bachelor in accounting, and bachelor in investment programs, etc.

College of Finance at the Nanjing Agricultural University is seeking expressions of interest from leading finance and accounting academics seeking employment at all levels.
