The University Of Vermont, Grossman School of Business invites applications for this newly created position. The endowed chair will have a mandate to educate individuals in, and to promote, basic concepts of free enterprise, business competition, limited government, capitalism and self-reliance, and conduct high quality research and teach in the area of financial economics.

The ideal candidate will currently be at the senior Assistant or Associate professor level, have a record that includes high-quality publications, and demonstrated potential for excellence in the classroom. Candidates should be able to teach introductory finance, and electives such as international finance/economics or financial institutions and markets. The Grossman School of Business Administration supports over 30 tenured or tenure-track faculty dedicated and is home to over 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students. The full-time Sustainable Innovation MBA program is ranked the #1 “Green” MBA by Princeton review and the one-year MAcc is nationally recognized for its high CPA pass rate.
