A two-year postdoctoral fellowship is available in the Yale School of Public Health's Department of Health Policy and Management.

The successful candidate will work primarily under Professor Abigail Friedman, a health economist whose research focuses on the policy drivers of tobacco and substance use. They will have strong econometric skills and be proficient in Stata, attentive to detail, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities will focus on the design and implementation of quasi-experimental analyses related to tobacco policy, preparing tables and figures for presentation and manuscripts, and contributing to manuscript revisions and project development at a level consistent with co-authorship. Time will also be allocated for independent research.

Applicants must have a doctoral degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., economics, health policy, public policy, etc.) by June 30, 2018.
