Full Text of JOE Listing:

The Department of Economics at Union College invites applications for two three-year visiting positions, and possibly one two-year visiting position, beginning September 1, 2018. We are looking for candidates to teach one or more of the following courses: Intermediate Macroeconomics, Financial Analysis, Intermediate Microeconomics, Entrepreneurship, and Managerial Economics. The successful applicant should have a Ph.D. by September 1, 2018, an established record of teaching excellence and a strong research program.

Union College is a highly selective liberal arts college located in the Capital Region of the State of New York and offers highly competitive salary and benefits. Our teaching load is six courses over three ten-week terms per year, up to two of which may take the form of supervision of undergraduate theses. A faculty member normally teaches four classroom courses and supervises eight two-term senior theses per year.
