The Department of Economics and Finance, in the Tehran Institute of Advanced Studies at Khatam University, invites applications for tenure track positions as Assistant Professor in Economics and Finance. The duration of the assistant professorship is six years including tenure review.

The Tehran Institute of Advanced Studies at Khatam University is a newly established center aiming at excellence in research and world class training. It will grow to overhaul the whole university and become the leading research center in the region and the world.

The Tehran Institute of Advanced Studies expects successful candidates to continue to publish in high quality internationally refereed journals. The position features a standard teaching load of three courses per year. Research and teaching at the Department of Economics and Finance focus on theory and applications within macroeconomics, microeconomics, empirical microeconomics, econometrics, and finance.
