The Department of Economics, located in the School of Economics and Finance at Universidad EAFIT in Medellin-Colombia is inviting applications for a full-time Tenure Track Professor with salary and rank open, dependent on the qualifications of the applicants. The position begins as early as possible. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses as well as Master´s and Ph.D. level courses; fulfill service obligations as well as developing a strong research agenda. Teaching assignments are dependent on the background and expertise of individual faculty member and the needs of the department. The available openings are open field, with preference in Macroeconomics, International Macroeconomics or Economic Growth. Interviews will be held at LACEA conference in Buenos Aires (Argentina, 2017), and in Philadelphia at the ASSA conference (2018).
