These full-time posts are available immediately on a 36 month fixed-term basis. The School wishes to recruit Professors, Associate Professors and Ph.D. graduates to support research and teaching in finance.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. with specialization in Finance, Economics, Management and other relevant specialties from an AACSB, EQUIS or AMBA-accredited college of business program. The position requires a degree in-hand by August 2018. Preferable research areas include financial institutions, Macro-economic Policies, International Finance, Microstructure, Credit Risk Management, Data Mining etc. Candidates should have potential for excellent teaching and research.

Job Responsibility:
Research: to publish three B-ranking journal papers within 3 years and the ranking of journals is available on http://kyc.swufe.edu.cn//2013-05/27/2013052716532813696448080.pdf Teaching: each year must finish160- hour teaching.
