Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track position in its Strategy, Economics, Ethics, and Public Policy group. The Strategy, Economics, Ethics, and Public Policy area includes individuals whose primary research and teaching interests lie in economics, international business, international political economy, and strategy. The area is collegial and multi-disciplinary, with several members crossing boundaries in research and teaching.

The position is open to scholars interested in conducting applied, international research. It is our expectation that the successful candidate will be someone whose scholarship addresses firm behavior in the global economy and whose work has appeared or will appear in leading scholarly outlets.

The position is at the rank of Assistant Professor. Georgetown University prides itself on the teaching excellence of its faculty and the successful applicant will be someone who fits that tradition. Our preference is for someone who has demonstrated teaching ability.
