Job Description:
Navanti is recruiting for a Research Director to support an anticipated program. The Research Director will supervise the design and implementation of all analyses and evaluations for the program, which will provide economic analysis and monitoring and evaluation support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of USG customer. Analysis may include, but will not be limited to, cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, randomized controlled trials, quantitative and qualitative evaluations, domestic resource cost analysis, inclusive growth diagnostics and other types of analysis as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
•At least ten (10) years of experience managing and conducting economic analyses and evaluations
•Extensive knowledge of and experience with causal model development; experimental, quasi-experimental, and non-experimental evaluation methods; and quantitative data analysis
•Experience with the integration of qualitative data into largely quantitative analyses is desired
•Must have either published in refereed journals or produced analyses or policy papers for public, private, or academic institutions

Education:
•Minimum of a graduate degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a relevant discipline
