Full Text of JOE Listing:

University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking a permanent full time lecturer in the Department of Economics & Finance to begin fall 2018. Successful candidates will be able to teach principals of microeconomics and macroeconomics and some upper division undergraduate courses in the candidate’s area of interest. A master’s degree in economics is required, though a Ph.D. in economics is preferred. Candidates must be capable of excellent/dynamic teaching with some opportunity to teach online. Additionally, candidates must be capable of research to maintain credentialing at SP or PA levels consistent with AACSB requirements.

The Economics & Finance Department supports the B.A. in Economics and the B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Finance. The economics faculty also supports graduate courses in the Master of Business Administration. The Cameron School of Business is fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
