The Department of Economics at St. Lawrence University invites applications for one Tenure-Track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 2018. Located at 23 Romoda Drive in Canton, N.Y., St. Lawrence University is a coeducational, private, independent liberal arts institution of about 2,400 students from more than 40 states and 40 nations. The Department of Economics consists of 12 members covering a broad range of fields and interests. We are committed to excellence in teaching and scholarship in a diverse liberal arts environment.

We seek candidates trained as economists with demonstrated success teaching courses on financial economics. The typical teaching assignment is 3 courses per semester including 2 sections from the core (Micro, Macro, and Quantitative Methods) and one upper level elective in Financial Economics.
