The Department of Economics at Simon Fraser University seeks to make a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.

The expected starting date is September 1, 2018. Preference will be given to candidates in the areas of environmental and/or health economics. However, strong candidates in all fields will be given serious consideration. Excellence in research and teaching are the primary criteria for this position. The candidate must hold a PhD in economics or a closely related field by the employment start date and be well qualified to teach at the PhD level although teaching at all levels is expected.
